Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Here is a great smoothie recipe you should all try. It's one of my original creations.
Ingredients:
1 apple
2 Tablespoons of Berry Jam
Yoplait Orange Yogurt
5 drops of lime juice
1 1/2 cups of OJ
First get out a blender. Pour in the OJ. Then spoon out the yogurt into the blender. Cut up the apple into small pieces. Make sure they are not to big or your smoothie will be all lumpy. Put the apples in. Then drip around 5 drops of lime juice into the blender. The next step is to put the berry jam in. It can be any berry you want. But put around 2 tablespoons of jam in (or if you are like me, put more!) the mix. The final step is to blend it all together. Then grab cups and straws and serve! Serves around 4.
