Organizing

I love to organize. Here are some organizing tips:
  1. Color code your closet. Long sleeved shirts in color order, tees in color order, and tanks in color order.
  2. For your backpack: put most of your stuff in folders.
  3. Hang up shelves for decor items.
  4. Get a few book ends and put stickers on them that says A-C or something like that. So all your books (In ABC order if you haven't already guessed) in section A-C will have their own section. And so on until the whole alphabet is used up.
  5. Get a bulletin board to hang notes on.
  6. Get a desk with lots of drawers and cubbies and a desk calender.
  7. Split your room into 'sections'. This part of the room is to read and write. This part of the room is to rest. This one is to blah blah blah. You get the idea.

So, exactly what does the word organization mean anyways? Hold on. Pause. Gotta get my handy friend Merriam-Webster. It says..... the act or process of organizing or of being organized. Sounds pretty important right? If you guessed RIGHT you are correct. If we aren't organized, our whole lives may fall apart. Now I'm not just talking about if your closet isn't color coded you're going to die. No. I'm talking about if you're not organized with GOD and LIFE- you're going to have some problems. So organize your life too. Not just your room.

AWESOME?

Happy Wednesday! I hope everybody had a great weekend. I know I did! I am apologetic that we haven't posted in SOOOOOOOOOOO long! But I have great news! Me and my fellow blog gal Ally went to the OLD Idaho state penitentiary and the Idaho historic museum! The penitentiary was a not what I thought it was going to be.(It was kind of scary to tell you the truth). A funny story is there's a guy who got in trouble for something in the penitentiary and he got put in the cells were if you do something like stab some guy (in the penitentiary) you would be put in. All they have is a 3 inch hole of sunlight (not very much if you know what I mean). And this one guy took a button from a shirt and brought it into the cell with him. And the button was his friend. He would talk to the button he would throw the button and then try to find it(kind of sad and funny at the same time) I was thinking what if he married the button.LOL. The funnest thing was we got to be locked up in a prison cell! I know some people are thinking oh that's kind of scary but actually it was REALLY FUN! The Idaho historical museum was fun to but it was really short. We had to go to two education classes which took up most of the time so we didn't have much time to go see the museum. One thing I did see was a two headed calf(it was stuffed but really cool). Well that's what my day was like but I have more exciting news. My mom is in Atlanta.( But I get to stay at tons of different peoples house here's what my schedule looks like:

Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Here is a great smoothie recipe you should all try. It's one of my original creations.

  Ingredients:
                         1 apple
                         2 Tablespoons of Berry Jam
                         Yoplait Orange Yogurt
                         5 drops of lime juice
                         1 1/2 cups of OJ

First get out a blender. Pour in the OJ. Then spoon out the yogurt into the blender. Cut up the apple into small pieces. Make sure they are not to big or your smoothie will be all lumpy. Put the apples in. Then drip around 5 drops of lime juice into the blender. The next step is to put the berry jam in. It can be any berry you want. But put around 2 tablespoons of jam in (or if you are like me, put more!) the mix. The final step is to blend it all together. Then grab cups and straws and serve! Serves around 4.
